August 5th, 2008 at 10:51 am Democrats must come back and vote on increasing energy production for America. They cannot continue to thumb their noses at voters left stranded with high prices at the pump. Using our reserves is a stupid idea. It is not a long-term solution. We need to become energy independent and the oil and gas to do it is in America. Democrats need to earn their salaries and vote for or against energy independence instead of using Stalinist tactics to shut out and repress diverse views.
