Blog Row on Capitol Hill

House Republicans are hosting a blog row event today at the Capitol.  A blog row is an opportunity for bloggers to meet with leading Republicans, ask questions, and get answers on the future direction of this country.  Today, we’ve got a great group of bloggers in attendance: Mark I of Red State, Pat Cleary of ShopFloor.org (also of Red State), Ivy Sellers from Human Events, Robert Bluey of Heritage, Mary Katherine Ham of Townhall.com, Steven Spruiell of NRO’s Media Blog, and Brian from Influence Peddler.

Eric will be heading over to blog row shortly to meet with some of the conservative community’s leading bloggers and talk about the House Democrats’ disastrous budget and the impact that it would have on American families.

UPDATE: Just got back from blog row, it was definitely a good time. The enthusiasm, from both the bloggers and the Members in attendence, was great to witness. The theme of the day was fiscal responsibility; unfortunately, the simple fact is that the House Democrats have abandoned it, by proposing the largest tax increase in American history.
