As we welcome the new year and the second session of the 110th Congress, we all should take time to reflect on the important decisions that face America in 2008. This will clearly be a critical time for our country, as we debate the future direction for our nation. In facing those challenges, we should all put our faith in the innovative spirit of the American People; by working together, we can find the common-sense solutions our country needs in 2008 and beyond.
