Contributions to political candidates are protected public speech. Public speech has no inherent right to anonymity.

1) Individuals may make unlimited contributions to political candidates.

2) Organizations making political donations must publicize their funding sources on an ongoing basis and must publicize their political donations within 72 hours of cutting the check.  There must be traceability back to individual contributors to the organization.

3) The identity of all political contributors and the amounts contributed must be publicly posted on the internet and available on request within 72 hours of collecting the funds.
